We want to be as fair and as non-bias, as possible legally. To do no evil, and provide the best customer service and web experience as possible. (2) Weblistenz accepts mature content sites as long they are legal internationally. Prohibiting such content is never guaranteed, so therefore its better to allow it, instead of forcing it underground, keeping things SIMPLE. Mature content will only be displayed if one is searching for it via keywords, which means it will not be shown to you unless you're looking for it, so do not blame weblistenz if you are offended by any listings showing with legal mature content. We provide also a special paid advertising category for this market with a gateway question page, therefore excluding it from the general categories and accidental viewing, and providing a better way of monitoring where possible. Mature/Adult is classed as anything that is generally offensive to the normal greater public, such as gambling,casinos,sex,nude,porn,legal drugs, adult material. (3) There are various listing durations depending if its free or paid, with the maximum duration of 1.5 years so that old ads and dead sites are replaced with Fresh sites and ADs on a more regular basis. (4) Content is not from spydering but from pyshically submitted Ad content to keep things simple and more checking to reduce duplicate content and spamming of the Engine; such as gateway pages. (16) Weblistenz may change the Terms services over the years, for any reason, and without notice, including the right to terminate with or without notice, without liability to you, any other user or any third party. (18) The sites displayed as search results or linked to by weblistenz Services are developed independently of weblistenz nor associated with weblistenz, unless stated. Weblistenz cannot and does not screen the sites before including them in the free search database. A search using Google Services may produce search results and links to sites that some people find objectionable, inappropriate, or offensive, therefore 'end user beware'. Any Paid content containing Adult material is protected via a door way page where possible but not guaranteed. Illegal content is removed when found. (19) If your submitted Site Web Links (URL) become 'Dead' (404 or domain not found errors), then our link checker soft may remove the AD listing regardless of the listing duration or type ie Paid or Free. This ensures our site remains current for searchers. No scheduled time for this check, as it is purely random. The quick link check at time of submission should prevent bad URL submissions anyhow. |
